This group is designed to help you with the practice of living a more contemplative life.
It is specifically for those who have completed the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course or the Mindful Self Compassion (MSC) course and who wish to continue a personal practice of mindfulness and self-compassion in daily life.
The practice group is a space to be part of a community with the intention of practicing with others who are on a similar path. We'll be using Jon Kabat-Zinn's Full Catastrophe Living book as our guide for discussion each time we meet, followed by practicing mindfulness together. Practice consists of mindful movement and guided meditations including sitting, walking, or lying down. Come and learn to continue cultivating peace of mind and a more joyful heart—together.
Each session is recorded on Zoom so you won't miss out if you can't be present for a practice session. Come, join the ONE Community of Care in whatever way works for you.
