May 30, Friday 10:00am-6:00 PM  In a world where power dynamics are discriminative and inequitable -the need for transformation has never been more urgent. Thich Nhat Hanh’s words, "The next Buddha will be a sangha," remind us that true healing, wisdom, and change come not from a singular figure, but from the collective strength of community. This workshop invites participants to explore how power is used and how decisions are made throughout the history of the United States, from its violent origins in the forced displacement of Indigenous peoples and the enslavement of Africans, to the ongoing struggles for justice in the present.
