Spring Song Bath with Fehlya

You are invited to join us for a unique style of song sharing, led by Fehlya Ehrlander (Oly Song Mama). You will have space to lay out a yoga mat/blanket/and pillow to get cozy and relax as you listen to beautiful songs and words related to the themes of spring and compassion. 

Some chants will be taught as an opportunity for you to sing along/harmonize. 

Singing is optional. Feel free to hum or just listen while Fehlya sings, as you are comfortable.

There will be time to connect with other participants before and after the singing.

Please bring your own water bottle or tea, mat, pillows, and blanket to create your own cozy space. Sofa and chairs are also available. 

Space is limited to 14 attendees.
