Mindfulness in Nature Women's Retreat

Join us for our Mindfulness in Nature Women’s Retreat. Think summer camp and imagine nature walks, poetry, watching the tide come and go, sea kayaking, meditating, soaking in the hot tub, star gazing at night and so much more. We will practice ways of playing, resting, relaxing and rejuvenating body, mind and soul with oneself, each other and the more the more than human world too! Other activities include mindful yoga, nature art, labyrinth walking, s’mores and movie night!

Bring your tent or rent one from us for $20. Stay in our Sweet Sauna House or nearby (see accommodations on the ONE website). Come for the entire weekend or just a day. Come early, come late, just come. Answer the call from beyond to come and be in community with other women living a more contemplative, joy filled life.
