About the event
This group is for graduates of the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) or Mindful Self Compassion (MSC) course who want to stay on the path of practicing mindfulness and self-compassion in daily life.

Registration deadline is December 1, 2024 at 5pm.
The dates for the Winter 2024-2025 MLPG are Mondays December 2, 16 & 30, January 13 & 27, and Wednesday February 12, 2025 from 6:30-8:30PM. We meet both in person at The ONE Center and online via Zoom.
