Join us for our Mindful Living Practice Group Day Retreat. This retreat is created for past/present/future members of our Mindful Living Practice Group (MLPG). It's a day set aside to gather together for rest, reflection, and setting intentions for 2024. Enjoy spending time alone and in community too, inside AND outside (rain or shine), meditating, moving, writing, and connecting in a variety of mindful ways.
We will enjoy a potluck lunch so please bring something delicious to share. Coffee and tea will be provided throughout the day. Be GREEN and bring your water bottle and travel mug.
Bring your yoga mat, cozy slippers, and blanket! Be sure to dress warm and bring waterproof outerwear ready to spend time on the land in the liquid sunshine.
Last but not least, bring your journal for self reflection!
