This course is the second in a series that offers a supportive and educational space for individuals seeking sustainable behavior change through the integration of mindfulness practices. Grounded in evidence-based approaches, participants will now take the foundation they learned in the first course and go deeper to put their intention into action. Participants will focus on understanding their triggers, develop effective planning for change, how to effectively create and assertively communicate with a supportive social support system to facilitate change. Each session builds on previous concepts for the first course and takes participants deeper to create meaningful action. Whether you're looking to improve health, relationships, or overall well-being, this group fosters lasting change from the inside out. Tuesdays 6:30-8:30pm March 10th - 31st
