About the event
Held within the serene beauty of Hope Island Marine State Park, this retreat invites
women to step away from daily demands and settle into the grounding presence of the
natural world. Over the course of the weekend, we will build community,
reconnect with ourselves through practices that cultivate inner peace and wellbeing.
Our adventure begins Thursday evening with an opening circle to create a community of care, curiosity and HOPE!
Friday morning we'll reconvene at ONE to begin packing our kayaks and begin our 3-hour paddle from Gallagher Cove into Totten Inlet. Traveling together we'll greet the quiet shores of Hope Island and establish our base camp on the island’s forested campgrounds. ONE Center VOO (Volunteer of ONE) Mary Fitzgerald will sail our supplies from Olympia to Hope Island. Together we'll ease into the rhythm of outdoor living—unhurried, intentional, and deeply connected to the land, water and sky around us.
