Slow down and reconnect with your inner being as you experience “tree time” in your visit with nature. Discover how time with the trees and being embraced by Mother Earth is centering, revitalizing, and deeply beneficial to mind, body, and spirit. Together we’ll practice linking our personal well-being with the well-being of the planet to awaken our eco-consciousness through our interconnectedness with nature.
After a welcome to the land, an introduction on the secret underground language of Pacific Coast forests, and a guided tree meditation, we'll stroll in silence and tune into the sights and sounds of towering conifer trees. We’ll meander and explore at a snail’s pace under the canopy of a living forest, the thriving ecosystem and network of soil fungi called the "Wood Wide Web."
