Deep Rest Retreat

Join us for our annual Deep Rest Retreat! Create the healing experience you long for and deserve by participating as much or as little as feels right for you all throughout the day. This day is set aside to gather for rest, reflection, and renewal by giving yourself the healing medicine you need. We'll enjoy spending time alone and in community too, inside AND outside on the land (rain or shine). Guided contemplative offerings include yin yoga, mindful meditation, reflective writing, nature bathing, hot tub and sauna sessions, and altar making on the land. Perhaps you'll feel called to nature bathe and then soak quietly in the hot tub. Or, will you answer the call to sweat it out in our wood fired sauna before gently entering the cold water of Gallagher Cove.
