Want to let go of work stressors, cultivate more Joy in your heart and Peace in your mind? Come enjoy the good company of colleagues on the water and kayak with us at The One Center, a beautiful nature-based retreat center on the South Salish Sea just outside Olympia!
This paddle is for health care providers. Perfect for all kayak levels from beginner to advanced.
We’ll provide just about everything you need (kayaking gear) so all you need to do is say “YES! I want to feel good through mindfulness in nature!” Come experience the healing power of Earths’ water holding you, rocking you and reminding you we are here to enJOY the beauty life outside offers us.
On the shore of Gallagher Cove, ONE is a perfect place to kayak for beginners and advanced paddlers alike. After preparing you with equipment and simple, basic instructions on kayaking for safety, we’ll paddle out into Totten Inlet to explore wildlife visiting with Harbor seals, eagles, osprey, blue herons, sea bird, a variety of jelly fish and maybe even sea lions! Seeing how the trees lean to hug the sea as you paddle along the shore and how blue waters disappear into the sky over Olympic Mountain views, you’ll see why we hope you say “YES!” and come paddle with us.
Our kind and welcoming guides lead group tours and private, individual adventures as well. What are you waiting for? Come, enJOY this peaceful place on the water here at ONE.
