Our 
practice

This group is designed to help you with the practice of living a more contemplative life.

It is specifically for those who have completed the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course or the Mindful Self Compassion (MSC) course and who wish to continue a personal practice of mindfulness and self-compassion in daily life.

 

The practice group is a space to be part of a community with the intention of practicing with others who are on a similar path. Each session consists of mindful movement, guided meditation (sitting, walking, or lying down), a teaching about mindfulness or self-compassion, and opportunities to share and connect with others. Come and learn to continue cultivating peace of mind and a more joyful heart—together.

 

The practice group meets online for two hours every other week.
