Fall harvest is upon us and at The ONE Center we are painting pumpkins! Led by mindfulness trained and talented watercolor artist Diana Quinn, you’ll learn how to sketch and then paint a beautiful pumpkin from our Healing Garden. Everything we do at ONE is grounded in the practice of mindfulness designed to support health and well-being through connection with self, others and the more than human world too. Whether you are a beginner or have some experience, this nurturing environment is designed to empower you to explore your artistic potential comfortably.
