We offer a wide array of personal growth workshops designed to support your health and well-being by helping you connect more deeply to yourself, others, and the more-than-human world.  These events include nature therapy walks, flower-based creations (such as bouquets and corsages), sea kayaking, yoga and mindful movement, meditation, massage, labyrinth walks, campfires, singing circles, song baths, tea ceremonies, reflective writing, camping in the forest, and many other activities.  All are planned in alignment with the natural world: the tides, the weather, seasons, blooming of flowers, and ceremonies dating back to earlier cultural celebrations worldwide. 

 

Workshops and retreats include both indoor and outdoor options.
